I understand that payment to HEAL, The Print Project LLC is due in full as indicated on the invoice. If I have entered a payment plan, I agree to make payments when due.  If any installment payment should default, I understand I have seven (7) days from the payment due date to make payment. All services will be suspended until payment is received in full.  If I default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the program(s) and/or services I am registered for.  I understand that payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Refunds will not be issued.

If I am enrolled in the HEAL, The Print Project Network monthly subscription program, I understand I may cancel but must provide notice in writing at least 14 days prior to the payment due date.  Otherwise, I will be charged for that month and cancellation will occur for the following month.

I understand program materials and kits will be mailed if indicated and fees are included in the price. However, international students will incur additional shipping fees as determined by the selected shipping service. I agree to pay additional shipping fees if program materials and kits must be mailed outside of the United States.
